THE WAR ON WATER

Be like water making its way through cracks. Do not be assertive, but adjust to the object, and you shall find a way round or through it. If nothing in you stays rigid, outward things will disclose themselves.
Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water my friend.” - Bruce Lee

Life evolved from the sea.  Not to mention, we were surrounded by water all the way up till the time we left our mothers womb. Water is one of the basic four components needed in order for there to be life. The measure of salt in our blood is the same as what can found in the oceans.  Water is believed to be the most receptive of the four elements.  It is also the most mystical.

In the cult classic movie, Donnie Darko, water is the barrier element used as a gateway between universes. The same holds true for the Keanu Reeves film, Constantine, in which Reeves travels between this universe and the underworld. And according to legend, St. Rasputin of Russia, who was a mystic and visionary, also known as the “Mad Monk,” after raping a nun among other outrageous behavior, was killed by drowning in December 1916, because it was believed throughout the community that if one was truly a saint, then they could not die by drowning. Rasputin may not have lived a saintly life and died as a consequence of a myth. But still, we know the moon has a direct relationship between human emotions and the ocean tides.  And science has recently confirmed this relationship between man and water.

Masaru Emoto, from Japan has published six books (1996-2007) that claims human consciousness has a direct effect on the molecular structure of water. Considering ninety percent of the human body is made up of water, Emoto’s research can most certainly prove a direct correlation between the two, which will be discussed more thoroughly later in the book.

And water doesn’t just fall fresh out of the sky; it recycles by evaporating, forming clouds, and then returning to the earth in the form of rain. As a result of the Deepwater Horizon disaster, on April 20, 2010, we now know that rain can contain oil and pollutants. Two months after the oil began to spill into the Gulf, residents were reporting that their swimming pools were collecting oil.

Marine biologist, Riki Ott, who happened to be living in Alaska during the Exxon Valdez oil spill, in 1989, had warned people along the Gulf coast to avoid the rain, before she left the area that fall. When she returned to the Gulf, on May 7, 2011, she stated at a conference with the Pensacola League of Women Voters, that she could tell who had been out in the rain, and who hadn’t by the sound of their voice.  Which just goes to prove even further that what we do to the water, we do to ourselves.

And it’s not just the Gulf States that are under attack right now. Gas and oil companies are performing an operation called hydraulic fracking. Whereas they inject water and sand under high pressure into super deep wells to crack open rocks to release hydrocarbon molecules like oil and natural gas. In order to do this they use corrosion resistant toxic chemicals such as benzene, formaldehyde and many others. Small communities have been destroyed by this senseless act. In some areas where this is conducted, you can turn your water on in the household sink, but be careful if you put a lighter near it, because it will catch on fire. There are even areas of the land where streams and creeks bubble with gas.

Tar Sands is another way these oil and gas companies are raping our Mother Earth.  It's like squeezing oil from sand.  It is the dirtiest and most unproductive way of to obtain oil.  It leaves the land a barren waste and is to be transported though pipelines from Canada, into the United States to be sold to Eastern countries like China.  And because sand erodes the pipelines quickly, we set ourselves up for further contamination our land and water.  Tar sands are heavy.  If a pipeline breaks near the water, it sinks to bottom.  There is no known way to clean it up.

Exxon Mobile, who was making five million dollars in profit alone every single hour, twenty-four hours a day, in the first half of 2011, trashed the Yellowstone River in Billings, Montana.

To add insult to injury, it’s the very same oil and gas tycoons who pollute our water that want to sell us water in a bottle straight from the tap. Privatization of water is the new greed. Blue gold they call it.  Even the plastic bottles used to trap this simple tap water are made of oil.

Thanks to Jessie Ventura's, “Conspiracy Theory,” we know the Bush family purchased the largest water aquifer in the world. It is part of 100,000 acres they purchased in Paraguay. And another oil man named T-Boone Pickens purchased sixty-eight thousand acres in Northern Texas that lies directly over the largest aquifer in the United States. And in Texas, if the well is under your land, and you can get to it, then it’s yours. And ‘ole T-Boone has no problem bragging about the money he’s making by monopolizing the water supply in the dry west. If he could bag up the air this dude would do it.

Does it not alarm you that oil tycoons are buying up the fresh water sources?

Since the Deepwater Horizon (DWH) exploded, there have been five other oil spills in the United States alone (not including other countries around the world).

35 days after DWH  -  Anchorage, Alaska. Pipeline Breaks. BP Oil.
52 days after DWH -  Salt Lake City, Utah. Red Butte Creek.  Pipeline.  Chevron.
97 days after DWH  - Michigan. The Kalamazoo River. Pipeline. Enbridge.
98 days after DWH  - Barataria Bay/Gulf of Mexico, Louisiana. Pipeline. Exxon.
437 days after DWH - Billings, Montana. Yellowstone River. Pipeline.   Exxon.

Oil Company strikes again and poisons another public water supply, while buying up land that contains huge aquifers of untainted water. Have I raised your eyebrow yet?
